What service can you offer landlords?
We can offer landlords a regular cost-effective monitoring contract for HMO’s, multiple occupancy and single occupancy premises.
We can also offer monitoring contracts for domestic properties throughout Reading and Berkshire. We can monitor for rats, squirrels, mice, cockroaches and bedbugs and will monitor the properties to ensure there are no new entry points or infestations. We will advise the occupants of the property how to minimise the risk of infestations and assist you in keeping your properties pest-free throughout the year.
Are proofing works included in the price?
During the initial survey of your property we will identify any entry points and advise of any proofing works needed to reduce the likelihood of future infestations.
We will include remedial proofing works and seal the entry points within the price of our treatments as standard. In some instances more extensive work may be required, for instance if the entry point is within the household drains. We can offer you a free, no-obligation quote for more extensive proofing work.

We are proud to offer a 10% discount for all emergency service and armed forces personnel, NHS staff and pensioners.
