This particular job involved a small block of flats, where pigeons were accessing the underside of the balconies using the ridge underneath to roost. We had to remove the old decking to clean out all the mess the pigeons had left, cut and lay new decking and erect a discreet, transparent net around the balcony to stop birds from getting underneath and prevent them from perching on the balcony rails. 

 

We treated each balcony within the block as the problem had been going on for several years, the homeowners had tried to treat the problem individually without success as the work required was quite extensive and the pigeons would simply move to the next balcony if disturbed by a homeowner. 

 

Eventually the managing company asked us to assist and, over the course of the past few weeks, we’ve succeeded in ridding these flats of their pesky pigeon problems.
